[link]EDIT: Wow, my first DD! I can't describe how happy I am :-D
So much thanks to the larper on photo - ~
Turiel-Eressiel and my brother (
[link]) for helping me with photoshop - without him the photo would be just awesome, not f***ing awesome

FAQ (from Turiel): It's made of leather, wool (in case of the sash there is 2% of lurex) and cotton (double-sleeved tunic). It's a final version of my elven costume for larping, however I haven't done it as planned for lack of time. There should be more complex chest armor not only shoulders (they were only one-night shot). Anyway it costed me many sleepless nights.
Great work!
2-3mm cowhide ca. 2and1/2 pieces of "sidestripe" about 500CZK (25$) - helmet, plaudrons, bracers, belts, scabbard
ca. 5x500ml bottle of a stain (3 coulours) 275CZK (14$)
soft cloting leather (remaining peaces) - price is counted per kilograms - I can't remember exactly but not more then 300CZK (15$) - corset, trousers, stripes for hems
linen thread for stitching cca 135CZK (7$) (most of spool is left)
woollen military blanket 150CZK (8$) - top and skirt
cotton cloth ca. 2,5m about 250CZK (12,5$) now - double-sleeve shirt
woollen cloth for sash about 180CZK (9$)
buckles about 90CZK (4,5$)
golden thread about 20CZK (1$)
other material (petroleum, beeswax, vaseline) about 80CZK (4$) for used amount
In total it is about 1710CZK (85,5$) ... even if I'd forgot something to count, it wouldn't be more then 2000CZK (100$) ... except of highboots (discarded from my casuals) and gloves (given by employer)
I'm sorry for the length of my comment, but I think it could be quite intresting that costume like that may not be really expensive.
